Our large bar soaps are developed using a cold process and
contain high quality essential oil (note that many soap makers
use a lower grade quality oil).
All soaps come unpackaged unless we are attaching a private label.
You choose from 10 different soaps that vary in scent and/or ingredients.

Castile Soap with English Lavender: Saponified Olive Oil, Water, Lavandula Angustifolia Essential Oil, Ultramarine. Our Castile Lavender Bar Soap provides the skin benefits of its natural ingredients in a gentle, good for its skin care properties, particularly sensitive skin.
Goat Milk Soap with English Lavender & Rosehip: Palm Oil, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Shea Butter, Water, Goat's Milk, Geranium Essential Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia Essential Oil, Patchouli Essential Oil, Clove Bud Essential Oil, Rosehip Oil, Rosehip Powder. This soap incorporates the creamy and moisturizing skin benefits of pure Goat's Milk, plus vitamins, essential fatty acids and other nutrients found in natural rosehip oil and shea butter.

Clay Based Bar Soap with Lemongrass: Palm Oil, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Water, Shea Butter, Sodium Hydroxide, Cymbopogon Citratus Leaf Oil, Kaolin, Titanium Dioxide, Annatto Extract. This soap is made with saponified vegetable oils, shea butter and kaolin clay. The lemongrass gives it a fresh aroma.
Gently Exfoliating Honey & Wheatgerm Soap: Saponified Sunflower Oil, Saponified Coconut Oil, Saponified Palm Oil, Saponified Shea Butter, Water, Bitter Almond Essential Oil, Fragrance, Wheatgerm, Honey. Our Honey & Wheatgerm soap is made from oils from sunflowers, coconut and palm. This soap has a slight almond scent. Wheatgerm provides a gentle exfoliation.
Vanilla Scented Soap: Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Canola Oil, Water, Sunflower Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Vanilla, Illite. This soap has a rich vanilla aroma that is highlighted by hints of exotic coconut. All of the vegetable oils used are saponified, making this a moisturizing and gentle skin care bar.
Charcoal Soap with Peppermint: Olive Oil, Water, Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Shea Butter, Peppermint Essential Oil, Charcoal Powder. Charcoal soap is good for all skin types and all ages. It is known as being a good exfoliate and may help with acne. It is considered good for oily skin types. This soap also includes skin softening shea butter.
Cedarwood & Spice: Saponified Coconut Oil, Saponified Canola Oil, Saponified Palm Oil, Saponified Olive Oil, Water, Cedarwood Atlas Essential Oil, Rosemary Essential Oil, Patchouli Essential Oil, Lemongrass Essential Oil, Clove Bud Essential Oil, Titanium Dioxide, Comfrey Root Powder. This soap will let you lose yourself within the intoxicating aromas of warm spice and woodsy scents!
Dilly Dilly Essentials is a Canadian owned and operated business we have created as a result of running a lavender farm in Ontario. Our sister business, Weir's Lane Lavender & Apiary, has involved 10+ years developing products that use natural formulations, are produced in a controlled environment, and use the best pure essential oil. Whenever possible, we source as much of our ingredients and other products from Ontario and Canadian sources, but there are certain limits to what we can source. These limits are based on (a) availability and (b) obtaining ingredients that have been tested and verified.
To produce exceptional products that your customers will love, our focus has been on sourcing the highest quality tested pure essential oils from family farms and small businesses located around the world with whom we have established longstanding relationships. Pure essential oil is like a good wine; there can be a range of varieties and quality. Dilly Dilly Essentials is proud of the quality of the pure essential oils and other ingredients we use in our products.
English Lavender
Lavandula Angustifolia, also known as True Lavender or English Lavender, has a subtle and relatively sweet scent. This is the lavender that was developed for the English perfume industry. It is considered to have therapeutic properties that can calm and relieve burns, bug bites, and headaches.
French Lavender
Lavandula Intermedia, also known as French Lavender, has a slightly stronger, lemony scent. This is the lavender that was developed for the French perfume industry. It is a cross between English Lavender and a variety known as Spike/Spanish Lavender. It has a 'bigger' scent and is more economical when making a room spray or linen spray. It also is believed to be effective in repelling moths and mosquitoes.
Dried Lavender Buds (Florets)
We sell French Lavender buds for making crafts (sachets) and English Lavender buds as a spice for cooking. When cooking with lavender, it is good to remember that a little goes a long way. Use just enough and you'll get a hint of lavender taste in your food or drink recipes.
Dried Lavender Flowers (Stems)
We sell a variety of dried lavender stems that come straight from affiliated farms and are from the most recent harvest. These varieties will vary in terms of bud colour, stem length, and other characteristics.
Other Essential Oils
We select our sources for non-lavender pure essential oils carefully. While you can choose a different supplier, the suppliers we use provide us with certificates of analyses and other documentation that ensure we are working with only the highest quality ingredients.
Other Ingredients: Throughout the years we have experimented and tested many formulas, and you are receiving the benefits from this experimentation. Our focus has always been to manufacture top notch products with quality base ingredients with only natural formulations. Doing this has insured a reasonable shelf life for our products; something that is very important for your customers.

Why small batch?
Small batch means it's been freshly made (which extends your product shelf life) and you can purchase in relatively small quantities to meet your customer's demands. But small batch also means that we use a facility that has passed regulatory inspections; we store products in a clean space; we only use quality ingredients; and we make products with care in a clean and sterile environment. Our state of the art small batch facility does just that.

Our "shelf ready products" come in two product lines:
- A branded product called Sleeping Horse (Click Here) that your customers will recognize as small batch quality. Simply place an order, we'll make your products and they will soon be on their way from our facility to your store. You get to choose how you sell them (in a bricks and mortar store and/or online) and at what price.
- Our "private label products" (Click Here) use tested formulations that customers love and are in attractive containers. You can choose to give us your labels and we will attach them as part of our production process, or you can take the products unlabeled and attached them yourself.
